Accessibility statement

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to read prasarhealth.com and reach our team.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Our commitment

Prasar Health LLC ("Prasar Health", "we", "us") builds software for community-based care, and many of the people we serve are older adults and people with disabilities. We work to make this website usable for everyone, whether they use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, voice control, or a phone.

Conformance target

Our goal is for prasarhealth.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These guidelines from the World Wide Web Consortium explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

We consider the site to be largely conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. The known limitations below are the places where we know it falls short or where we can't fully vouch for content we don't control.

What we do

Structure and navigation

  • Every page has a "Skip to content" link, one main heading, headings in order, and labelled page regions (header, navigation, main content, footer).
  • Every page has its own descriptive title, and the page language is set to English.
  • On small screens, the main navigation opens from a "Menu" button that tells screen readers whether it is open or closed.

Keyboard

  • Everything on the site works with a keyboard alone, in a logical order, with no keyboard traps.
  • The item in focus always has a visible outline with at least 3:1 contrast, and it is never hidden behind the sticky header.
  • Buttons and links are at least 24 by 24 pixels, or spaced so they are easy to tap.

Text and color

  • Body text is 18 pixels, and text meets the WCAG AA contrast ratio of 4.5:1 (3:1 for large text, form borders and other interface parts).
  • Color is never the only way we show something. Links inside sentences are underlined, and form errors are written out in words.
  • Pages reflow to a 320-pixel-wide screen and work at 200% zoom without scrolling sideways.
  • The site doesn't use scroll effects, flashing content or autoplaying media, and it follows your device's "reduce motion" setting.

Images and forms

  • Logos have text alternatives that name the company or product. Photos that are only decorative are hidden from screen readers.
  • Every field on the contact form has a visible label. Required fields are stated, optional ones are marked "(optional)", and if something needs fixing, the message is announced and linked to the field.

Testing

  • We test every page with automated tools (axe-core and Google Lighthouse) at desktop and phone sizes, and we check pages by hand with a keyboard, zoom, and narrow screens.
  • We fix problems in the website's own code. We don't use accessibility overlay widgets.

Known limitations

  • Other websites. We link to other sites, including ZeitRide, Adult Day Genie, Prasar Group and AYS Medical Billing. Those sites have their own accessibility practices, and this statement covers prasarhealth.com only.
  • Assistive technology coverage. We have not yet tested every combination of screen reader, browser and device. If something doesn't work with your setup, please tell us.
  • Automated testing limits. Automated tools can't catch every barrier. If you find one we missed, we want to hear about it.

Report a barrier or ask for help

If you have trouble using any part of this website, or you need information from it in another format, contact us:

It helps to tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use, but none of that is required. We will respond within 2 business days, and we'll work with you to get you the information or service you need.
