Who we are

This website, prasarhealth.com, is run by Prasar Health LLC ("Prasar Health", "we", "us"), 1317 Edgewater Dr, Ste 980, Orlando, FL 32804. Prasar Health is a Prasar Group company.

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover our products. ZeitRide and Adult Day Genie each have their own privacy policy, on zeitride.com and adultdaygenie.com.

What we collect

When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect:

• Your name and email address.
• Your mobile phone number, if you choose to give it.
• The message you write.
• Whether you checked the box to receive text messages. If you did, we keep a record of your consent: the wording you agreed to and the date and time you agreed.
• Basic technical details sent with the form: your IP address, your browser type and the page you sent the form from. We keep these with your consent record so we can show when and how you agreed.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run the site and keep it secure. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To read and answer your message, by email or phone.
• To set up a demo or help with a support question, if that's what you asked for.
• If you agreed to text messages, to send you the texts described in the "Text messaging (SMS)" section below.
• To keep a record of your consent, as phone carriers and the law require.
• To keep this website working and secure.

How we store it

When you send the form, your message is emailed to our team's inbox and a copy of the submission, including any text messaging consent record, is saved in a secure database that only authorized staff can access. We also email you a copy to confirm we received your message.

We use a small number of service providers to run this website on our behalf: our website host, our email delivery service and our database provider. Pages on this site also load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers. These providers handle information only to provide their services to us. This does not apply to mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data, which are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records. We keep text messaging consent records for as long as you're subscribed and for a period afterwards, so we can show that you agreed.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not rent or trade your personal information.
• We do not use your information for advertising.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you choose to receive text messages from Prasar Health, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive texts, and we use them only to send you the messages you signed up for.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in or consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices

• The phone number and the text messaging checkbox on our contact form are optional. You can send us a message without them.
• You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing info@prasarhealth.com. We may keep a record of a text messaging opt-out so we don't text you again.

Security

This website uses https. We limit access to your information to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
